Hi, im trying to build myself a 500 dollar gaming pc, with windows included. i have made a couple builds, but i really jeed a cheap cpu that wont bottleneck my gpu of choice---sapphire radeon 7850 =P . I NEED SOME HALP! I Also want to be able to run battlefield on ultran720p with 40+ fps. No, sorry, but that one is only for dell computers from the looks of it. VUP means Version Upgrade Package those were the licenses you could buy for $15 when win8 first came out, some stores here still have them in stock and sell them for cheap.
