Well the 3930k already beats the 4770k so if you have the budget, I wouldn't go for the 4770k. I say wait. If you want to spend that much money its a good idea to get the best.

It really depends on what you want to use the computer for. If you will not be using the 4 extra threads that the 4930K will provide, than you would be wasting money. The 4930K beats the 4770K on paper, however in a real world situation, not a whole lot of applications can utilize that many threads.

Exactly. The IB-E will be much better in certain areas but it won't in others. You need to figure out what you need

There's no point in going higher then an i5-4670k/AMD FX for either thing. Spend your money saved on a better GPU.

Its kinda pointless, it won't perform any better for gaming. As for OCing, the highest CPU for OCong is probably the FX-8350 frequency-wise, but it mostly depends on cooling. The IB-E will do both things fine, but no better then a much cheaper CPU. the IB-E is only for people who do heavy multitasking programs. For everyone else it is overkill

It depends what you do. For gaming and OCing( which is hard to measure) you won't see a difference between them, or the cheaper i5, or an OCed FX.

Well that would be benefited by a higher threaded CPU like IB-E
