I am babying this motherboard to be my media player for my living room. I want it to play youtube videos seamlessly, as well as streams from Netflix, cable on demand in HD. Occasionally, some gaming.

I want to max out this motherboard to its full capacity in memory, Processor, and graphics, and anything else you recommend.

___
Is it worth it? Should I build another one? I currently bought more ram to max out ($40), a new PSU ($40), and a wireless adapter ($40). Totaling so far to about $120. I am thinking of buying SSD (60GB), compatible graphics card, and the best processor.

_____
This article has lead me to believe that my computer can still hang. Gaming wise, a maybe, everything else: Still got it.

Stats:
MB: ASUS P5l-VM 1394
PSU= 520W
Processor= Intel Core Duo 6600 x 2.4 Ghz
Memory: 4GB DDR2
1 x PCIe x16 - for Nvidia GeForce 8400GS
1 x PCIe x1
2 x PCI 2.2 - used for Soundcard
HDD: 250GB

THANK YOU SO MUCH! I thought I wasn't getting any hits.

Here is a pic of my case with everything installed so far. I have no idea what will fit, do you have any leads? There is a ruler on the right for scale.
So as of right now, I'm probably looking at the $400 budget range?
