ASUS Z87 Plus Power Issue

Hi, I just built a system with following components

Western Digital Black 2TB

My problem is system power on.

When a power switch of power supply is on, power light is on a R4 case as well as on z87 plus mother board. When I push a power button on R4 case, it won't start. If I push a power button on Z87 motherboard, it starts a system.
I checked polarity of red and black wires from a case to plug in a motherboard.
What do I miss?

Have you tried reversing the plug in from the front panel onto the pins for the power switch

Check you have the power connector on the correct FP header location. If not that, could be a faulty switch or cable on the case.

Try using a Q connector

Try use the reset switch instead. If this works, then it's a faulty switch.
