Motherboard won't boot OS

Well so I had an issue with my BCD which i managed to repair by using another PC to fix it so i tested that hard drive on a different PC and it booted fine but then when i used it on my main PC it would go to the windows screen then once the animation would start it would shut down also the keyboard would not work when i plug it in

So I should format that drive then install windows on the computer that is having the issues also currently my USB drive is write protected which I can't fix thats why I used another PC
