Is this is a good build for the price?

The motherboard will not work. You need a b75/h77/z77 board. Get 2 sticks of RAM not 1. 2x4gb. That PSu is junk. Stick with Antec, xFX, Corsair, Seasonic. Drop the SSd and get a bigger HDD and better PSU.

After those changes, it will be a solid home computer build.

Look at Cyberpower and iBuypower.

You will not get as good of a system as if you built it yourself though because prebuilts are overpriced.
