do i need tto upgrade this pc

Solution
That PSU is junk. Change that out for a unit from Antec, XFX, Corsair, Seasonic.

The memory could be upgraded to 8gb (won't make much if any difference at all)

The GPU could always be changed out for a better one.

the CPU is good.

I would just change the PSU and then maybe grab a better GPU.

It depends. What are you looking to do? Gaming? What's your budget? If you have a ton of money to spend then you might as well, but realistically It looks pretty solid to me at the moment and you probably don't have an infinite amount of money to buy new parts with. If you have the money, upgrade the CPU to an Intel i5-3570:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819116504

And I have no idea exactly how much you want to spend for a new Graphics Card. I'd need more information as for your budget. [strike]Your PSU is fine though. 750 W will handle most any upgrades your thinking about.[/strike]

EDIT: Nevermind, I looked into huntkey. They're pretty crappy from what I've read and have very low quality parts that are even known to explode. If you've been using this PC and it's performed fine, then that's great but an upgrade might kill it. Their wattages are not properly certified and don't deliver even close to their advertised power rating.

i am a gamer play alot of games the budged is arround 1500 euro to 1800 euro thats is the max and i dont care about how mutch a GC is wel not treu i will not get a 1000 euro card to be honest

The PSU is many watts but it is VERY poor quality. I suspect it only makes about 500w. it is a tier 5 (lowest) unit and should be replaced right away with a brand I recommended. It has no protection circuit so if it were to fail, it can ruin all your other components.

Well then if you have that much spending money go for a GTX 780. It's like a GTX Titan but much cheaper. Still it's extremely powerful. Like I also said, go for the i5-3570k. It'll already fit into your current motherboard. You might want to consider upgrading the RAM to 8 GB (2x4GB) DDR3-1600 RAM as well.

Your PSU needs to be better for this upgrade though, unless you want your computer exploding or randomly shutting down.

Also if you're doing a lot of gaming, get another Hard Drive, probably around 1 TB is good.

And lastly, if you want really fast boot times, get an SSD and install your OS onto it. A 64 GB or a 120 GB SSD will suffice. you put your OS, Anti-Virus (if you have one), on your SSD, and all your games and other things on your HDD.

@tiny voices, I edited my post. You're totally right.
