Cannot Connect Dlink-DIR 605L to desktop and laptop for internet use

I have connected all my cables, installed my router, but the problem is that when I check my current network setting, (Dynamic Ip) the status says it's disconnected. The wireless setting says Encryption and when I try to connect it to a phone or laptop, the internet doesn't work? Connecting is fine but there is something completly wrong. I have tried this for more than 4 times and I'm getting frusterated. Can somebody help me with this? Thanks for reading and I hope I would get a solution to this

I did everything but after I configure everything on the Current Network Setting, it says (Internet Connection Dynamic (DHPC) Status: Disconnected when all my cables are connected :/

did you reset the connection from your provider modem to see if it detect the router ,also in the following page on the link the give all the option the router have and also a d-link phone number for help .

on the first page of the set up did you see the dhcp connected or not .
