Hi, my friend has trouble running games and almost anything on his computer. He was wondering with these specs http://browser.primatelabs.com/geekbench2/10154 what would be required to upgrade his computer to be able to play most games, such as games on steam, league of legends, etc.

Probably the whole PC would need to be upgraded, as in buy a whole new pc.
Depends what hes willing to settle for, the cpu will bottleneck any newer graphics card and vice versa.
His PC is obviously a office machine, I would build a new pc overall.
