Overclocked MSI 7950 Issue

I just got the MSI 7950 and have been experiencing some weird issues.

Whenever I start my computer the card is not overclocked but yet I see artifacts, screen flickering and tearing.

If I open MSI Afterburner and reset the clocks... even though they are at stock clocks it stops it. Then after that I can overclock through CCC and it works fine. Just wondering what could be causing the issue.

It's MSI, may be a driver issue, make sure you have the latest GPU drivers, but also likely it's simply poor Quality Control of MSI, that's a big reason I don't build on their mobos - poor QC - have been seeing lots of problems with their GPUs since joining Tom's also

Thanks, I will try re installing the drivers and see what happens.
