I plan on buying a EVGA GTX 660 Ti FTW Signature 2 gpu, and I want to go with a 2 display setup. The option for max res. of 2560x1600 is dual dvi link only. Will using dual dvi link degrade image/video quality? Secondly the max resolution for analog is 2048x1536. However, the card does not have analog ports at all. How is this possible?

Why would it degrade the image? Or what would make you ask such a question?

As for analog, probably just left over marketing on the box/site. If no ports don't worry about it. Just an extra copy/paste from data sheets.

I was thinking that if the card showed a higher resolution through one port it would create more noise in the image and therefore degrade the quality. if not, then that's great.

Dual Link is superior, only way to do 120/144 Hz, why would it degrade anything ?

No, doesn't work that way. I'm using a dual link on my main monitor, and mini display port to DVI single link cables on the other 2. There are no issues. (I even have my 40" LCD hooked up over HDMI, nothing wrong there either.) The ports are separate so doesn't matter what the others are running.
