So I've been getting the FF error code on my Mobo lately. I've been reading up on the web and learned that it can be a voltage issue, or something in your computer is not in properly. However I can still run mine fine. The odd thing is, is that my comp will shutdown while playing Minecraft. The first time it happened it seemed like it just shutoff my graphics card. I had no display but everything was still on, my case lights, keyboard lights, etc. I restarted the computer and it came up with a Blue screen, then restarted it's self. I then fixed it by selecting a restore point. The next time it happened was today. Again I was playing minecraft and it shutdown, same lights still on. However this time I left it for a little bit, then restarted and didn't get a blue screen. Again comp is fine, booted like normal, no problems.

Also I just got a new Graphics card and PSU. I wanted to get a new PSU because of my new graphics card and because of cable management with the modular.

Here are my computer specs. Please help, thank you.

AMD Phenom II x4 945
AMD Radeon HD 7700 2GB
MSI 790FX-GD70
PSU Antec 620watts Modular

Solution
May have been part of a faulty BIOS (not that uncommon with MSI) and the new version had the fix for it, that why I suggested it, and from the version #, the BUIOS may even be a beta trying to fix a few different problems

Just downlaed, msi live update. Installed a new bios, went from 1.40 to 1.H0. Restarted comp. Then it started load but in the windows vista format. Then blue screened. It then rrestared again, did a checksum , started normally and now I'm my comp is back to normal. BIOS is now 1.HO. Is this normal?

Thanks, If this were to happen again though, would you have any other suggestions? The thing is, is that It does it randomly so I can't check and see if it will do it again.
