ohhhh.
ok, i am sure if its a decent guide it would tell you that every chip is different but it may have neglected to mention that finding your lowest voltage @ stock is important at finding your baseline to start. the lower your voltage to start, the better the potential at a higher overclock before temps start getting too high (above 80c-85c).
but its no bad thing to find some generally good settings and give them a try. your temps are pretty good, so you may want to see how much higher in clockspeed you can get before you need to increase the Vcore. i'm hoping you can get 4.6 with out a problem and maybe 4.7 at the same Vcore. but not knowing what you started with - 4.6 could be it.
its all about keeping the Vcore low with ivy . . the D-14 is a great cooler, i have one thats overkill for my i5-2400 but ~ 1.35 Vcore is when ivy starts gets really warm iirc.
