Need help choosing a new graphics card.

I need help in choosing either this card (http://tinyurl.com/lug6k83) or this card (http://tinyurl.com/kgjspl7). I see the price difference between the cards but my friend said the cheaper one is better,so which one should I get?

HD 7770 is better

The 7770 is literally dozens of times more powerful than the 6450. What kind of system are you looking at adding the card to?

I wonder how much knowledge your friend has about graphics cards .. But well .. HD 7770 wipes floor with HD 6450.
