Best Ram for Asus Maximus VI Formula?

I was wondering which ram to choose (4x4GB)?
CPU: Intel i5 4670K
Mobo: Asus Maximus VI Formula
Graphics: GTX780
Windows 7 64bit

I haven't chosen just yet.

Then I'd go the 2400 definitely, it will help out with other things, multitasking, etc, and keep you happier as more things become more DRAM oriented

Be better with a 2x8GB, less stress on the MC (memory controller)....what do you use your rig for, if mainly gaming the 1600/1866 will be fine - something like the GSKill Snipers - F3-1866C9D-16GSR.........if you do more memory intensive things - like imaging, video, CAD, multi-tasking, etc then would look at maybe 2400 and the Tridents - F3-2400C10D-16GTX

Also do you have a budget?

I think this rig will be mostly for Gaming, and the budgent isn't very limited.
