I want to build a computer that will be able to play games such as LoL, elder scrolls online ( when it comes out), WOW and a few other similar mmorpg's on max settings. I am willing to spend 1600 dollars but can go over by 50 or so. The build below is the one that me and my friend came up with, do you think you could make a better one?

CPU: Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler
Motherboard: asus Maximus v Formula
RAM: 16gb g.skill ripjaws (2x8gb)
Storage: Crucial M4 128GB 2.5" Solid State Disk
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 770 2GB Video Card
Case: Thermaltake chaser mk 1
Power Supply: corsair HX 750 80 PLUS GOLD

Solution
Looks really nice, but... you don't really need 16 GB RAMs. 8GB are enough.
PSU is too powerful, save money and buy 600 or 650 W from good manufacturer.
Motherboard - why so good and expensive? it doesn't give any perfomance. Better pick cheaper and save money. You won't notice is it good or bad motherboard.
Everythings else is high-end and you should play on max at least 3 years.
