Hi guys,
Considering the recent price cut on amd graphics cards, the hd7990's price dropped down to 600 euros. Do you think it's worth that much?

How well does it perform?

I have a phenom ii x6 1090t on crosshair iv formula and a sapphire hd 7950. Adding a second 7950 would be much much cheaper, but since I'm considering going mitx, the 7990 would be the only solution to have crossfire in a mitx case and still be playing on a 1440p monitor or on a 5760x1080 resolution... of course I'd switch to intel...

The fact that the 2 gpus are on the same pcb makes crossfire work better than 2 separate gpus like 2 7950s?

How would 2 7990 perform?

I'd go for another 7950 if I were you. But if you need to upgrade the PSU as well, then I'd go for the 7990. I'd say they would perform better, but take note, the 7990 and xfire setup of ATI has some issues on microstuttering. They said they fixed it, but they only fixed it partially and not TOTALLY.
