My PC specs are:
Asrock 970 extreme3
AMD Fx-8150 @3,6ghz
ATI Radeon HD 7970 Core clock: 1200mhz Memory clock: 1600mhz
8GB ram
I get poor fps, i sometimes go under 30fps on ultra and I cant get constant 60fps even on lowest settings. Games like battlefield 3 run just fine. How can it be?

since the game has been out i have had 2 patches for it. 1 was 600Mb and the other about 10Mb.
Think people with both nvidia and amd GPU's are getting this issue. saying that i haven't noticed it my self but might be as i had Vsync on.
Hopefully next driver updates will fix problem

its a problem with the game and drivers, update to the latest 13.8 beta 2 drivers, also do a clean driver install, download driver fusion.

uninstall current driver then dont restart.
run driver fusion amd driver cleaner and restart.
install latest driver as custom and only install display and hdmi driver.

see if this helps.

That didn't work. I don't know why this happens. On certain areas of the map I can get over 60fps on ultra but in other areas it drops all the way to 30. I think it is an optimization issue.
