Hi, i got this bluetooth dongle for ma hp notebook. the device didnt require any drivers. but, its installation was incomplete as many drivers were missing in ma lappy. so i downloaded n installed all of them, except for one-Ethernet Controller driver. i tried downloadin the driver after scanning for drivers using DriverIdentifier s/w n all that. but, it couldnt b installed. tried many sites includin hp support. pblms such as "ethernet cable/card not detected", "os didnt meet rqmts" n all exist. i have done windows update n still it didnt solve the issue. i have win7 x64. i use a wireless connection n it works fine on ma laptop. Realtek PCIe FE Family Controller driver is what i need(got a yellow exclamatory across it). hardware id: PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_8136&SUBSYS_183C103C&REV_05
