Here you go, a similarly priced haswell based rig :)
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor (£182.39 @ Aria PC)
CPU Cooler: Thermaltake Water 2.0 Performer 81.3 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler (£53.05 @ Scan.co.uk)
Motherboard: MSI Z87I Mini ITX LGA1150 Motherboard (£104.24 @ Scan.co.uk)
Memory: G.Skill Ares Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory (£52.99 @ Amazon UK)
Storage: Samsung 840 Series 120GB 2.5" Solid State Disk (£73.19 @ Aria PC)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive (£46.80 @ Aria PC)
Video Card:...
If you are getting a K-series unlocked I5 then get a Z77 chipset, otherwise you can not OC...

Also the H60 is junk, get an air cooler for the same price and it will be MUCH better.

Its also always better to go low profile RAM as those fins do nothing and hinders many coolers.

No I haven't, is there a big increase in performance justifying the price difference?

I was checking the price and i think it's worth it to go with Haswell, thank you very much for the suggestion.

Thank you, do you think I can keep the 7950 instead of the 760?
