Hey there, Tom's Hardware community.

So, I'm gonna build a new gaming/video editing rig very soon and I would like to know if the Corsair TX850W V2 is compatible with the GTX 780 (the GPU uses a 8 pin+6 pin connector if I'm not mistaken). Or would you guys recommend a different power supply? I'm getting a 850W version because I'll most likely go for SLI in the future.
Here's the full build:
-EVGA GTX 780;
-Intel Core i7 4770K CPU;
-be quiet! Dark Rock 2 CPU Cooler;
-Asus Sabertooth Z87 MB;
-Corsair Vengeance Pro 16GB RAM;
-Samsung 128GB 840 Pro Series SSD;
-Western Digital Caviar Black HDD;
-Corsair TX850W V2 Power Supply.

Thank you for your time!

If you are going to overclock your GPU or processor, then we do recommend you purchase something with some more stamina.
