Ive seen these two motherboards, they look almost the same with a £30 GBP ($45 USD) difference?

What is the difference between these boards?

I plan to overclock my i5 3570K to around 4.4-4.6?

All opinions are most welcome!!

Pro4-M: Solid capacitors, one pci-e 3.0 x16 slot, supports only Crossfire

Extreme4-M: Gold capacitors, two pci-e 3.0 x 16 slots, supports AMD Crossfire and Nvidia SLI

Ive heard the solid and gold capacitors wont be any different?
I will only be using one GPU... which one would you recommend?

Will this reach 4.5GHz?

Go for the Pro4 and a good cooler. It should be stable at 4.4 within 1.2-1.25 voltage range.

It can be a bit frustrating to make it stable at 4.5 and 4.6
