I started having BSOD's awhile back intermittently but they became extremely frequent recently. Most of them were IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL_TO but several were different, but they all pointed to bad drivers. I have deleted my current no idea 660ti drivers and now have re-installed windows 8. The issues persist even without my card and a new install of windows. I have checked the dump file and it said that the BSOD's was caused by ntoskrnl.exe. I do not know where to go from here. Help is much appreciated.

I had same; loads of BSODs. But the clue was they always happened in the afternoon over a summer when British weather was very hot...it got up to 31degC in my office...that is 89 Fahrenheit!
What cured it for me was getting my laptop internal fan professionally cleaned. From the photos he sent, it was all jammed up with dust which meant the fan wasn't cooling the chip and it reached critical temp and boom, it blue screened.
Lesson learnt: sometimes it is not a complex software or hardware problem, it is something as annoyingly simple as a blocked up fan.
