My computer is running Phenom II 940 with 4gb 1066mhz ddr2 ram, and gtx 660ti (yes i know that the video card is being bottlenecked i know i know). Framerate on mw3 only 40-45? Drivers up to date, windows update up to date, what the heck is going on here? I know the Phenom II is obsolete by today's standards but MW3 ain't exactly a demanding title even by Phenom II's standards.
