Hello everyone just built a new system went back to Nvidia. I was wondering where the advance section for the Nvidia control panel? I don't see it or anything to control the fans.

I installed MSI Afterburner but how do I control the second video card fan?

MSI Afterburner will control the fans of both cards in unison, I have yet to find any software that can control them independently.

I am pretty sure that you have to select your card on the main interface before going to setting, though i may be wrong and MSI controls both at the same time. Try these settings:

Sync settings for similar cards - checked
Start with windows - checked
Enable low level access - checked
Unlock volt control - checked
Unlocked volt monitoring - checked

Make sure you have User Define and Fan control to Auto.

You only need to worry about those last two if OC'ing is intended, they have nothing to do with fan control.
