Well, I set up a new raid array and everything was Going well untill I went to take my old hdds out that the raid replaced. Now my windows is not on the raid but my ssd instead. It wont boot and acts like windows isn't there but if I go to CMD in windows recovery I can navigate to my ssd and everything's there. I used bootrec /scanos, it recognizes windows but when I fixboot or rebuildbcd I get "Element not found" I've switched sata ports, reset bios, switches sata cords only thing I can think of is flashing my bois which is my next step. I'm really trying to avoid reinstalling bit Looks like I'm gonna need to. ..
I also did scan the drive and is 100% fine

Solution
run startup repair off the windows installation disk. It sounds like you installed windows with both ssd and hdd connected so windows wrote boot info the the hdd that it now can't find.
