I would say a 770 is a pretty good investment if you want 60FPS solid. A 650ti will not cut it. A 760 will get you there, but you will dip below 60 from time to time. I suggest the 770, as it has awesome bang for buck right now.

What Graphics card could get me 1080 ultra graphics with 60 fps. Could a gtx 650ti get me there, or would I have to go as high as a gtx 770?
No, the 650Ti is pretty much the 550ti's big brother so I would go with the 770 and maybe even one of the overclocked ones. The 650 could probably run it but not at Ultra.
What kind of CPU do you have? You don't wanna buy a card if the cpu will bottleneck. I decided to get a GTX 780 for BF4, however I needed to upgrade my motherboard and CPU so it wouldn't be bottlenecked. Are you building a new system or just the graphics card?

I am building a new system. My first. I am getting the Core i5- 4670k and my motherboard will most likely be the ASRock Z87 Extreme3 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard. I'm pretty sure they won't bottleneck my graphics card, but what do you think?
Yeah an i5 will run it fine. I'm building my first system too but spending a bit more for an i7 and an ASUS extreme maximus 6 motherboard. Getting some other new things as well like new case and power supply
Wait until the game is released. No guarantee a 770 will get you ultra 60fps. It may wind up not even being close:
Now of course it's possible - the above is from Alpha after all - but I personally think that ultra 1080p60 is going to be the stuff of multi-GPUs at launch.
Wow thanks so much for this. Been looking for a benchmarking chart for BF4 alpha since the launch of alpha. Thumbs up to BigMack70 for getting this for us. Looks like one 780 won't be enough I might spend a bit more and run SLI. 2 770's will be almost as good too I'd imagine, maybe 3 770's. Still glad you found this. I've noticed that the PC it was tested one has a very decent CPU and high frequency RAM. As well as a SSD which I'm guessing he'd install the game on. Anyways a special thanks for this information
