PC Upgrading. Need help.

Hi there community.
I need help with upgrading my computer.
my current specs are
CPU:AMD Athlon 2 x4 620 2.6 GHz
GPU:Ati Radeon HD 4850
motherboard:MSI 785gm-e65
ram:2x2GB 1333MHz
PSU:450w(i may have to upgrade this..)

So i am going to use this computer for renders and stuff... I won't play games so i just want a better CPU and maybe RAM. I am planing on running Cinema 4D, 3DS Max, ArchiCad...
I was thinking about the AMD FX-6300 processor plus 4GB of ram.
I dont need any gpu, cause i wont be playing games as i said it above.
my Budget is around 200$.
