Cant decide what low budget monitor I should buy

I prefer to buy a low price monitor(150-250euros) so I can afford a GTX 770 rather than a GTX 760.
The point is even I was searching for over 2 hours I couldn't draw a conclusion and I cant tell if a monitor is better than an other.
Im a gamer(moba,mmo,fps) so I want as far minimum input lag as my budget offer.Also I don't know if my budget allows but can I buy a IPS monitor with ok-ish specs for gaming?Finally,should I look for latest monitors or the technology hasn't change that much on that matter because I saw Dell U2312HM which seems cool but released September 2011 I think.
My old rig had the SAMSUNG SYNCMASTER P2250 monitor.

Personally I think the GTX 760 would make a great card for a single 1080p monitor.

If it were me I would get the GTX 760 and spend a little more on the monitor. The monitor is something you will be looking at quite abit so getting a good one now would be a wise idea. If later down the road you need more performance you could always SLI the GTX 760. But in truth for a 1080p monitor you would do great with a GTX 760.

The only reason you would really need to go with a GTX 770 would be gaming on a higher resolution than 1080p or going for a Surround setup with three 1080p monitors. But in that case you would need to go SLI anyway.

Whats the number on your budget? 100? 150? 200? 250? But in answer to your question, I have a VW246H which has served me very well. However thats last years model and the closest thing I can find is the VE248H which looks quite good and is 189.99 on Newegg.

EDIT: I should specify that that's an ASUS monitor

Thanks for the fast response.However,I will pass on that because is out of stock here in Greece :(.I prefer to buy a monitor from local retailer to avoid shipping and troubles with dead pixels etc etc...

Maybe think about the LG22EA53? It is a 1080p IPS Monitor, I just bought two from Amazon here in the UK for gaming and I love them. They were £104.94 each

Respected but not accepted.I prefer higher FPS than better image/colours.Also I wont update my PC anytime soon.However,I might pick a good 120hz monitor in like 2015 or later when they are kind more cheap and better quality.(and easier to find in my country at least)

Why would you want a 120hz monitor? Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't 120hz only useful if you're trying to run stereoscopic 3D images at 60hz each? I mean, maybe you would notice a difference if your graphics card was pushing over 100fps, but IIRC we can't really see a difference past 80fps or something like that. The 770's a great card and should last you through next year and beyond as it's a bulked up 680. If I were you i'd go for a version with 4GB of VRAM just in case. My 2GB VRAM 680 is starting to get on my mind, who knows if it'll be able to play games on high settings in a couple years, Metro 2033 already uses 1.5 gigs or something.

120Hz are indeed useful for 3D images but they are much more fluid and smooth for 2D.
Well, I read a lot of threads,articles about VRAM size and Ive came to the conclusion to pick a 2GB since I wont go for dual monitor at all.In the worst case I will sell my 760/770 and buy a 3/4GB GPU.
Anyway,Ive found this monitor HP PAVILION 22XI 21".Like , diskile?Its the newest monitor I could find.Everything else was 1+ year old.

Has anyone bought LG-23EA63V.Ive read very positive reviews and its rather cheap for what it provides!They only drawback is the cheap plastic material that the base is made of but Im not a rager to worry about the stability of my screen.(I prefer walls anyway :p)
