i7 960 3.2 GHz upgrade ?

Hi everyone, I would like to know if my i7 960 is not bottlenecking my 580 GTX because when I'm streaming on high settings, it's just getting a bit laggy and I think it's my CPU..

My questions :
- Does my CPU bottlenecks my GPU ?

- Is my CPU worth the upgrade ?

You can push it to 4.0GHz easily. It also depends what motherboard and liquid cooler do you have.

you can wait a couple of years and upgrade your processor and there is no bottlnecks at all

You can push it to 4.0GHz easily. It also depends what motherboard and liquid cooler do you have.
