Back in June I could play BF3 on medium settings with around 30 FPS on a Dual Core 3ghz Phenom II and a Radeon HD 5770. Since then I have put in a quad core Phenom II and a Radeon HD 7870. My fps will not go above 25 on low, or ultra settings. It has made the game unplayable. I have updated my graphics drivers and reinstalled the game and I still get the same results.

Have you updated the motherboard BIOS? It may be limiting the CPU to only two cores. If the BIOS is up to date, check to make sure all cores are enabled.
