Hello forum!
I have built my first PC this weekend, and it's been rough. I've had troubles booting the PC at all for the longest time, and I THINK I've figured out why.
I'm using an ASUS B85-PLUS motherboard (http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/B85PLUS), inside a Coolermaster haf X case(http://www.coolermaster.com/product/Detail/case/full-tower/haf-x.html).
Now this case has 4 fans built in, and the motherboard has 3 slots for fans, but when I plug in any other fan that is not the rear fan, the PC won't boot at all, and even if I take out the fan the computer won't boot for the next 2 hours or so.
( What may be worth noting, the rear fan is 140mm, the top, side and front fans are 200 and 230mm)
What can be the problem causing this, and, can I connect my case fans to the PSU ?*
Thanks in advance for any helpful responses!

*Without it not-booting*

There's 3 seperate 4-pin slots for cha_fan, if that's what you mean?
