That should be something along the lines of the Asus M5A97 LE R2.0. Its not the highest quality, but its the best in that price, or under 150 for that matter.
Not sure if this is the absolute best but I always tell people to stick with a manufacturer that youre familiar with and has been good to you in the past.
ASUS is that company when it comes to motherboards for me. I know the ins and outs of their customer service and have made several ASUS contacts over the years. Same goes for Corsair when it comes to RAM, Cooler Master for cases etc.
