how do i reinstall windows 7 if my computer didn't come with a instalation disk
i got a acer aspire 5517 from my parents on a birth day 3 years ago but its starting to get slow i have copied all my precious files on my external hdd
but when i got my computer it din't come with a instalation disk it just booted up and started to instal windows7 now i need my computer to be ( like when i bouth it) anny one can help ???

You can download a free disk image from DIGITAL RIVER, the authorized Microsoft online agent. Just get the same version as your computer uses and then authenticate with your key.

One word of advice -- if your "precious" files are important, backup to a more stable media than an external USB drive. Just scan...
