Fan control on the MSI 970A-G46 Board & AMD FX-8320 over voltage problems???

I am waiting on the PSU and RAM to complete my first build. Putting all the parts together I'm looking at controlling my case fans with the motherboard. I would like to create positive pressure in the case, with the fans running only when needed or at a lower rpm when the system is idle. Would this be done via the Bios or should I be controlling the fans some other way?

Here is my setup: http://pcpartpicker.com/user/Joeblk/saved/1FwC

Also, I have heard conflicting reports of the MSI 970A G46 having problems with AMD FX-8320 running over voltage (125+). Any thoughts or has this been fixed?

Get an asus motherboard, they are far more reliable, speaking from expierence here, currently i have a sabertooth 990fx r 2.0 i have an 8320 running at 4.21 ghz at around 1.38 volts 100% stable. and maxing at like 47c also with the sabertooth, you have amazing fan control

I already installed the MSI board before I heard about any voltage issues. They might let me to exchange it for a 990FXA but I doubt they'll take it back all together. I assume I'll just set the temp thresholds using the bios or speedfan... My case has one side completely perforated, I was thinking about either cutting a filter for the whole side or just sealing 90% of it off and having the front fan pushing more air in than the rear fan sucks out for a slightly pressured case to keep dust out. Any thoughts on that idea?

It's a good idea. The higher the airflow the better...just make sure to keep an eye on all the temps when you do it. By the way, have you tried the AMD Overdrive tool? Here is the link: http://sites.amd.com/us/game/downloads/amd-overdrive/Pages/overview.aspx ;)
