I am building a pc for my mother to solely play World of Warcraft on with a budget of around 350$ and no more than 400$. Looking for any help on what i could change to make the proformance a little better without raising the price above 400$.

This is my build so far...

Thanks :)

Also head that maybe i could just use a A-10 or such and not have to buy a GPU? would the A-10's integrated GFX be on par?

But why get a non-so-good budget psu when you can get a better-quality-but-more-expensive psu?
Case and the job as does the HDD? You can say that for anything as it will do it's job. It's a matter of fact of how well it does it's job. The Corsair 200R does a much better job in airflow and cable management, and it's more sturdy, which means it's a good case to upgrade in. I can't say the same for the HEC Vigilance.
The HDD is small and a bit slower due to it having only 8mb cache compared to the 1tb having 64mb cache. Not a huge difference, but the main point is that it's a lot bigger.
Why get a stronger gpu with horrible cooling and low quality other components when you can get a weaker gpu that can still run WoW with higher quality...
A 7850 is overkill for WoW. You're skimping on way too many parts to fit in an un-necessarily strong gpu.

A10-5800k integrated gpu is enough for WoW.
The Corsair CX non-modular series are crap. The semi-modular series are better, still not high quality, but better than the non-modular version.

the 7850 won't get bottlenecked by an i3. In addition, why would you settle for an A10 with the processor performance of a FX-4100 and GPU performance of a 6670 when you can spend the same and get a i3 and a 7850?

I'm not saying it will get bottlenecked. I'm saying that you're skimping on other parts just to fit in a 7850. The HDD, psu, and case is crap.
XFX has horrible cooling, I would not recommend any of their gpus.

Bottom line is, the A10 can easily max out WoW and allow for better quality components throughout the build.
Also, I don't know how you think the A10 is the same performance as the FX-4100.

The build I mentioned can do what he asked for and is balanced out so he doesn't have to upgrade anything except the gpu, since the RAM, HDD, case. and psu is fine. Although if the OP can fit it in, I would rather put in the XFX 550w to handle any upgrades he wants.
With your build, you'll have to upgrade the ram, HDD, and possibly the psu and case depending if he wants to keep low-quality components or not.

Also, I wouldn't say the FX-4300 is weak as it is a great budget processor that can overclock it. The FX-4100 is weak, but not the 4300.
