Looking for opinion on gaming build

My first attempt at building a gaming pc and just wanting to get some opinions/suggestions on my setup. I will be playing games such as BF3, crysis2, etc... My budget is around 750$ and no more than 800$. Any tips will be greatly appreciated, Thanks

I would go for a 7950, preferably one that will overclock well

Generally, I like your build. One question, though. What were your plans for an Operating System?

Edit:I just figure you plan to overclock you CPU since you have a i5 3570K, a cooler master hyper 212 evo CPU cooler and a well regarded AS Rock extreme 4 z77 motherboard(looks at patrick47018).

If not drop the CPU cooler, use the stock, and get a 7950, then your build will be very similar to mine. Haven't found a game yet that it can't handle. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1wi5z

I own windows 7 home premium 64x, i plan on OC'ing eventually, after reading up on how to do it safely and still retain longevity.

The build I posted still had the 3570K, and is within your budget so later on after studying up on it you can buy a cooler then and until then enjoy the performance of the 7950

Just curious...At what resolution will you be gaming? What's your aim as far as quality is concerned?

Sorry. should have asked if it was a new copy(oem i guess) or a used copy. A retail copy costs more, but you can freely transport it from one system build to the next. OEM copies of windows 7 are tied to the first motherboard you install them on with very limited exception.

If you don't mind using windows 8 you can get DirectX 11.2.

Alright and to get better airflow with that case I recommend getting fans for the optional spaces

I would get them along with the other items, 3 of them one for the side to intake and one for the top to exhaust and one for the front. Something like these maybe: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835200051
