Would hyper 212 tx3 evo be a good upgrade to overclock 2500k about 4 ghz? Just give me some simple answer please like YES OR NO?

no..
it's a low end cooler and not too much improvement over stock cooler..

get a better cooler..

No, get CM Hyper 212 Evo. It's fantastic, and not a bad price either.

There are other options like the Noctua NH-D14, Phanteks PH-TC14PE Thermalright Silver Arrow to name a few.

I have a hyper 212 and I have gone upto 1.5 volts and a 5.0 GHz overclock. that is the absolute thermal limit of that cooler.

In short 4 GHz will not be an issue with the hyper 212 by CM
