I am going to make my own PC and i need some ideas before i get started. I would like to run ARMA 3 1080 or 720 at 50-60 FPS ( Alot to ask for a $450 but it can be done) and Battlefield 4 at a 720 with good FPS or 1080. I have a few parts in mind- AMD FX-6300 CPU and a HIS IceQ 2GB 7870. Idk much about PC's cause I only got the idea a couple of days ago. It will be very hopefully if you can build me a good pc to met my budget, good quality parts, and the games i want to run. Thanks.

Unless you have some existing parts already, $450.00 is going to be near impossible.

Total: $453.96

However, you still need: case, OS, and ODD (if required). A value Case + ODD will cost you round $50.00 in addition...Windows 7 will be another $95.00

New Total: ~598.96 (634.89 with 6% tax)

Benchmark of 7870, fyi: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/radeon-hd-7870-review-benchmark,3148-6.html

Potentially...taking off ~100.00 for the OS puts you around ~$533 after tax, with the parts I listed earlier.

This extra ~65.00 would more than bump you up to this HD 7950...which is a MUCH better card than the 7870.

My vote would be to grab this card [SICK DEAL...20.00 more, way more power, comes with 3 games instead of 2] with the specs provided earlier. GL
