Since I'm new to this problem (as I never had it before), I'll try to put it in as much detail as possible. Recently I installed a program called FileViewPro in attempt to open up a file, but ended up uninstalling it because the trial version could not open up the file extension that I wanted. Afterwards, I tried opening Format Factory (a media converter program), but it ended up with a BSOD and a dump file being created. I've tried re-opening the program many times only to encounter the BSOD, and as far as I know, this is the only program that I cannot open. I've tried restoring the system to a previous point, before I installed FileViewPro, but to no avail, and I've also tried updating my graphic drivers, but they're already up-to-date, according to Intel's website. The one file that was related to this problem is igdpmd64.sys, which may have something to do with my graphic card drivers. Here's the link of the dump file in txt format, because for some reason Windows won't let me upload the dmp file even though I have full permissions to it. My laptop model is HP Pavilion g7, with Intel HD Graphics Family v8.830.6.3000, and Radeon HD 6470M installed. Thanks for looking at my problem in advance.

Solution
open up cmd with admin by going to Start > Search Programs and files > type in cmd > On the list that comes up, right click on cmd, select run as admin.
In the command prompt window that comes up type in sfc /scannow
Restart computer, try the program again.

Ok, so this is how I ended up fixing it...I reinstalled the update for my Intel graphics card, restarted my computer, and lo and behold, Format Factory started working again. Thanks for your time, memadmax, because your solutions helped me to solve this problem. Thanks again.
