Will Seasonic S12II - 430 be sufficient for ATI HD 7770 card?
Also, which budget card in the same price range you know of, has the lowest temperature under load and idle.
(NO cross fire/OC/SLI/Heavy duty gaming) usage. Just medium setting usage on most games and largely for 3D development using blender 2.6*.
Current considerations are nvidia GTX650, ATI HD7750 or ATI HD7770 (the last one I understand takes up a lot of power)

Seagate HDD 7200 RPM
