i built my new computer about a month ago but i didn't put a graphics card in the machine yet because of lack of money. i recently just bought a Gtx 760. i installed the card in the computer and booted it up. but when i tried to install the drivers about 10 seconds after i started the installation, my whole computer crashes and reboots. i tried this with all the drivers for the card available and got the same result. when i called EVGA for the first time, one guy told me to disable the Intel graphics 4000 in the device manager and it should work. i did everything he said but it still didn't work. i called them for a second time and another guy answered. he told me to go to the bios and see what voltage i was getting on the 12.00 v rail, it was fluctuating between 12.304 to 12.249 V. he told me that it shouldn't be that unstable. so i don't know what the problem is, the graphics card or the PSU. what should i do next.

Specs:
Intel 3570k @ 3.4
Gtx 760
Asrock extreme 4 z77
Rosewill hive 750w
WB 1TB
Crucial 8Gb (1x8Gb)

Some motherboards have a compatibility issue with Geforce 700 series cards. Download the newest BIOS update available for your motherboard, install it, and then when you go to install the drivers make sure you're installing the newest ones from nvidia's website (not the ones from the disc that came with the video card).
