My 3770K @ 5.2Ghz using + 0.21 offset voltage
which result in 1.456V (drop to 1.432 under full load)
past test linx all mem 20 loop (79 87 94 84) temp for each core
and prime95 for 1 hour

Yes I think it is fully stable never crash never got BSOD.

But the problem is when I use 2 programs that is
cinebench 11.5
Deep Fritz 12
It just stop working and only solved by increase Vcore to offset +0.25
the other program has no issue

So that 2 programs stress my CPU more than prime95 or Linx ???

Use Intel Burn Test for your Stress testing, increasing the stress level and continuing to test each time it passes.

Then go to your benchmarking!

Do you have hyper threading enabled at 5.2ghz?

If you do disable it.

Nice overclocking results so far, by the way!

Has the 3770K been delidded, and what cooling are you using?

For every day use just stay with 5.0Ghz +0.1offset (1.346Vcore).
I live in tropical , average ambient temp > 30C.
Maybe I need custom water loop for 5.2Ghz fully stable. lol

Anyway thanks ryan and ihog for advise.
