Hi, for some reason i keep hearing these weird noises from my computer and each time the noise happens my screen flickers for a bit, I've read that it could be the CPU, it never made this noise before i installed my graphics card though so i don't think that it. My graphics card is the gigabyte 7950 these noises started to happen after i plugged it in. Any ideas what might be causing these noises and screen flickering? Thanks in advance.

That's a GPU whine. It's a new one right? Return it from where you've bought it. It's more likely a HW fault, not a driver related issue. lol

Some with OC, and some without OC, it still whines either way. Take a video of it and show it to your vendor, they will know that the GPU has some problems.
