Looking for new CPU cooler (i5 4570)

Just built my first PC and am currently running off the stock intel cooler that came with the CPU. I quite liked the look of the Corsair H60 but reviews suggest that the external fan was quite noisy particularly under load. I'm trying to make as quiet and as efficient a system as possible. Can anyone recommend a solid CPU cooler for around about the £50 margin?

I hope your case is up to par if you're going for the most quiet possible.

I take it you'll almost certainly require water cooling; hence the CM Hyper 212 Evo-crowd won't

be able to make a debut in this thread.

I'm not overly concerned on it being water cooling, low profile would be a bonus though. My case is pretty good, fractal design R4, plenty of room and built in soundproofing.
