So I have a MSI Z77A-G43 motherboard which has 9 holes. Motherboard holes and the standoff holes are perfectly aligned but the three rightmost screws won't go all the way down. I have powered up the system to test and there is no vibration whatsoever but I would still like some sort of a confirmation that the screws won't come loose and damage anything.

P.S Motherboard only moves when I apply pressure from the back and right near the screws. In any other case there is no movement at all.

Solution
Are you using the screws that came with the case? It sounds like the screws are too long, but a little washer between each screw and the motherboard should resolve the issue. If they are tight enough, the screws won't come loose.

Yeah, I am using the screws that came with the case but I had to install the rightmost standoffs manually. I believe they're tight enough, the screws I mean.
