Power DVD 10 upscale resolution?

Solution
According to Cyberlink's website, PowerDVD does support upscaling. Also the max resolution the product supports is 2560x1600:

Page 74 of the product user guide says this:

TrueTheater HD
: select this option to up scal
e the original video to a higher
resolution version, which is sharper
and artifact-free. TrueTheater HD is
capable of boosting 480p video to
1080p. Use the slider to adjust the
sharpness to the best output
that suits your configuration.
