can Asrock G41C-GS support ddr3 essential dimm. i already install 4 gb ram ddr2. when i install ddr3 ram should i remove ddr2 ram

You can not use both DDR3 and DDR2 memory at the same time. You must only use one or the other.

Regarding "ddr3 essential dimm" compatibility, as long as this product is basic desktop DDR3 memory it should work just fine.
