Disabling WIFI on Asus P8Z77-V Pro Mobo

With every boot my mobo chooses to use a wireless connection rather than the much faster wired connection. How might I ensure that the wired connection is the first choice and/or disable the wireless portion of the mobo?

I found a simpler solution, viz. I disabled the Wireless Network Connection under "Change adapter settings" in the Control Panel Network Sharing section. It may have been better to do it in the BIOS, but the present solution seems to have worked.
