Hello there , I've had my Kingston ssd 64gbs for about 2 years now and haven't had any problems with it . recently i decided to do a fresh windows 7 install , when i tried to format the ssd , i ran into an error , it could not format , i looked online for a solution and tried many things . anyways , when trying the DISKPART and CLEAN commands , when i tried the command to format NTFS , it does reach 100% but then gives me an error message saying " incorrect parameters" I've even tried the command CLEAN ALL instead of CLEAN and still with the same error message . please help .

That means your SSD is in a "Frozen" state. Download Kingston's SSD Toolbox and see if it has any options to unfreeze the SSD. If it doesn't then see if you can update the firmware on the SSD. Sometimes that will unfreeze the drive. If the SSD is on its latest firmware version see if you can reinstall the current version.

If you can't unfreeze it then your drive is dead and you'll have to exchange it if it's still under...

One more thing , i tried switching sata cables and controllers , i even took out the SSD and put it in a USB enclosure and tried to format it manually on another pc , windows recognizes the ssd but unable to format .

You need to Secure Erase your SSD, which will restore it to a blank, fresh-out-of-the-box condition.
You can't SE your SSD with Diskpart. See if Kinston's Toolbox has a Secure Erase utility on it. If it doesn't then use HDDErase or HDParm to SE your SSD.

After you SE the SSD you can do a fresh Windows install. You can let Windows automatically format the drive during the installation process.
